SchoolFox 9.9.0
Now you can easily upload and copy one or more files to multiple portfolios! The file size of the uploads was increased to 500 MB. But that’s not all—get ready to share the portfolio with the click of a button by generating QR codes for your portfolios.
We improved the archiving – Data from a class can be downloaded in the archived class, all messages can be exported at once and the admin can archive classes as well. Additionally portfolios will be automatically copied to the next year.
Confirmations and signatures are back in the PDF exports of surveys.
Not all progress is made on paper! That’s what Foxi and our digital portfolio are for.

The next school year is sure to come – and the new class register is already here!
Constantly searching for a pen, “lost” inserts, sending a pupil to fetch the class register – we all have our memories of the class register from our school days.[tag_new]With the revised digital class register, many of the associated hurdles are now a thing of the past.
Record entries and document the lesson progress of a week for your subject clearly and neatly at any time. You can also note homework.
Handed out teaching materials can be uploaded as attachments. Or record a general comment, such as holidays, school-autonomous days or general occurrences.
Absences are also documented and displayed across classes. And if someone gets sick, substitutes can also be granted access to the class register.
Admins have read access to all class registers in your school at any time and can review and confirm them.
And at the end of the school year, the class registers can be neatly exported as PDFs and put into safekeeping, thus also fulfilling the documentation requirements.

Consultation days become consultation hours – Step 2!
Consultation hours can be planned with weekly repetition. Invites can be sent to selected users, appointment durations can be set individually for each user.
Admins and teachers have the option to schedule appointments on behalf of other users.
And best of all: in the MAX version, teachers can plan their own Consultation hours events – for example to schedule a weekly consultation hour.

Teacher availabilities can now be set class individual.
