FoxPay offers the option of allocating paid amounts manually or automatically to a child in the school or daycare centre. Regardless of whether a requested amount was paid in cash or by bank transfer, FoxPay can allocate the payment.

  • Payments that are settled in cash can still be entered manually directly in SchooFox or KidsFox and ticked off for the respective child.
  • Payments made by bank transfer can be read out and automatically assigned to a child thanks to our German partner. The readout and allocation are based on the unique payment reference generated by FoxPay. The readout is automated and subject to the strictest guidelines – TÜV-tested and GDPR-compliant. Only payments generated with FoxPay are processed. Everything else is subject to the quiet coyote and remains encrypted and private.

By the end of 2024, the full version will be available. All users of the Pioneer version will be automatically upgraded to the full version.

We are certain that FoxPay makes the school routine easier for many. That’s why we couldn’t wait to launch FoxPay with core features as early as possible. However, some things take more time to develop – those will be available by the end of 2024.

We guarantee: The Pioneer version is secure, stable, and functional. For everyone who wants to start digital payments now.

As a pioneer, secure the special price.

In February 2024, the Pioneer version of FoxPay will launch for 1,50€ per student per year (plus VAT). If you decide to opt in by the end of June 2024, you will maintain this favorable price even when the full version of FoxPay is activated at the end of 2024.

If you don’t secure this savvy saver price, the full version will cost 1,90€ per student per year (plus VAT) starting from the end of 2024.

The Pioneer version will have these features at launch:

  • Tracking cash and digital payments by linking to bank accounts

  • Flexible amounts (such as school milk with varying costs)

How does FoxEducation verify bank transfers in FoxPay?

Who has how many bucks is private business. We Foxies respect that. However, for FoxPay to work, we need to be able to check who has already transferred the money and who hasn’t, especially for bank transfers. That’s why we brought a German partner with us to the FoxBurrow.

Our German partner has developed technology that allows querying account data and holds a BaFin license (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and is TÜV certified.

This ensures GDPR-compliant handling and maximum privacy. FoxPay only sees transactions related to the school or daycare centre of the children. Nothing else. Furry promise!
