It is smart to use FoxApps, even more so to recommend them
For each recommended institution that starts using one of our apps, you will receive an additional discount on your licence costs.
How does the programme work for your educational institution?
Do you know any schools or daycare centres that you would like to recommend SchoolFox or KidsFox to? Give them the personal reference code that you can find in your SchoolFox or KidsFox app.
The new school/daycare centre enters the code in the reference code field when ordering in the tariff calculator and also receives a discount of €200 on their order.
The reference code is also automatically stored in our system for your own school, and the discount obtained will be taken into account when you renew your licence for the next licence period.
Have you already renewed your licence? No problem, we will wait until the next renewal, the code will not expire.
The reference code applies to your entire educational institution; all teachers at your institution should have received this code.
So please feel free to share the code with colleagues who may also know schools or daycare centres where the FoxEducation apps can make everyday life easier.
How do I get my personal reference code?
Each educational institution has a personal reference code that you can retrieve via SchoolFox or KidsFox. To do this, navigate to the settings in the “Admin” section.
The reference code can be used several times.
For each new recommended installation you will receive a €200 discount, in the best case the next licence period is free of charge for you.
The maximum amount of the possible discount is your current licence costs, above this amount you cannot receive a refund.
The reference code can be used by any educational institution that does not currently use any of the Fox apps. Each new institution can only redeem one reference code when registering for the first time.
1. the new school registers via the tariff calculator. It enters the number of pupils or children and inserts the reference code in the corresponding field.
2. the reduced amount is not immediately visible in the tariff calculator, but is taken into account by our side when processing or activating the licence.
3. the new organisation only pays the amount reduced by €200.
