Audited data protection
The SchoolFox app has undergone an independent audit by the testing institute mediaTest digital / Appvisory and was the first German-language school app to be awarded the “Trusted App” seal of approval for trustworthy compliance with data protection and data security guidelines for the third time in a row – in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
We take on the role of the contract data processor. By means of a corresponding contract, the educational institution commissions us to operate the software and process the data.
The educational institution is the so-called data controller and therefore the first point of contact for all users when it comes to questions about data protection and the exercise of user rights.
As an end user, you will be invited by your organization to use SchoolFox. Your data will be processed on the basis of the contract between us and the data controller.

In order to actively use the SchoolFox/KidsFoxApp in an organization, it concludes a contract with SchoolFox/KidsFoxfor order data processing. This regulates which user data is processed and stored for what purpose and in what way.
