Einmal vorschreiben und immer wieder verwenden<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Manche Nachrichten f\u00fcr Erziehungsberechtigte lassen sich im Schlaf schreiben, so oft hat man dieselben Worte bereits getippt. Dieses Problem haben wir erkannt, und in unseren FoxApps die Funktion „Vorlagen“ integriert. Mit diesem Feature k\u00f6nnen Nutzer:innen spezifische Nachrichten einmal vorschreiben<\/strong>, als Vorlage speichern und bei Bedarf immer wieder verwende<\/strong>n. Das spart reichlich Zeit und Nerven.<\/p>\n

Und nicht nur unsere Apps, auch wir Foxies helfen wo wir k\u00f6nnen. Deshalb haben wir in unserer Knowledge Base<\/strong><\/a> Textbausteine f\u00fcr KEL-Gespr\u00e4che<\/strong> f\u00fcr Sie angelegt, die Sie einfach kopieren und in Ihrem Account als Vorlage anlegen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Wie legt man Vorlagen in SchoolFox und KidsFox an?<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Ganz einfach. Und zwar so:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Klicken Sie auf „Neue Mitteilung“<\/li>\n
  2. Das Mitteilungsfenster \u00f6ffnet sich. Im rechten oberen Eck finden Sie den Button „Vorlage erstellen oder verwenden“.<\/li>\n
  3. Klicken Sie auf den Button. Nun k\u00f6nnen sie entweder eine neue Vorlage\u00a0 erstellen oder eine bereits gespeicherte Vorlage verwenden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Sollten Sie Namen, Klassen, Daten oder \u00e4hnliches \u00e4ndern wollen, dann lassen sich die Vorlagen dann in der Mitteilung nat\u00fcrlich noch personalisieren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
