Wir orientieren uns dabei an den Vorgaben der Richtlinie (EU) 2016\/2102 sowie den einschl\u00e4gigen nationalen Anforderungen zur digitalen Barrierefreiheit.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"p-rich_text_section\">1. Geltungsbereich dieser Erkl\u00e4rung<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Diese Erkl\u00e4rung zur Barrierefreiheit gilt f\u00fcr alle Anwendungen FoxEducation Apps (iOS und Android) in den jeweils aktuellen Versionen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p-rich_text_section\">2. Stand der Vereinbarkeit mit den Anforderungen<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Die Anwendungen entsprechen derzeit nicht vollst\u00e4ndig den Anforderungen der EN 301 549 bzw. der Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Konformit\u00e4tsstufe AA. Ein Kurztest durch eine externe Agentur (insertEFFECT GmbH, Mai 2025) hat ergeben, dass grundlegende Funktionen wie Screenreader- und Tastaturbedienung unterst\u00fctzt werden.<br \/>Es wurden jedoch einige Bereiche identifiziert, in denen wir noch Verbesserungspotenziale sehen, um die Benutzererfahrung weiter zu optimieren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Verbesserung der Screenreader-Ausgaben, wie z. B. durch klarere und vollst\u00e4ndige Labels<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Feinabstimmung der Fokus-Reihenfolgen, um die Navigation intuitiver zu gestalten<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr das Querformat auf iOS-Ger\u00e4ten<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Hinzuf\u00fcgen der M\u00f6glichkeit zur Eingabe von Alternativtexten f\u00fcr hochgeladene Bilder<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Verbesserung der Farbkontraste an einigen Stellen f\u00fcr eine noch bessere Lesbarkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p-rich_text_section\">3. Geplante Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Aktuell erfolgt die detaillierte Planung, die Anwendungen und die Web-Versionen von FoxEducation Apps bis Herbst \/ Winter 2026 barrierefrei zu gestalten. Sobald die detaillierte Roadmap besteht, wird diese auf dieser Seite ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"p-rich_text_section\">4. Erstellung dieser Erkl\u00e4rung<\/h2>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Diese Erkl\u00e4rung wurde am 3. Juni 2025 auf Basis eines externen Kurztests erstellt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"p-rich_text_section\">5.
